Undamaged goods may be refunded for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Return & Exchange Procedure
Please email us at calmyotis-group@outlook.com to initiate a return or an exchange. We will provide further assistance to exchange or return your item. To be eligible for a return/an exchange we will request valid proofs of purchase (such as your order confirmation email, order number or name) and product photos. Once approved, you have 30 days to complete the process. Return and exchange privileges will forfeit after 30 days.
Refund
Once we received your returned product and confirmed to be in good condition. The fund may be processed fully back to your account in 5 - 10 days.
